One On One Consultations

I offer one on one consultations that we can plan fortnightly or monthly or whatever timeframe works for you. We'll still plan your goals, find your motivations and seek to build positive relationships and sustainable habits with food and eating. But we'll do it at a pace that suits you. 

These highly individual sessions will start with an initial consultation of 1hr and follow up consultations of 30mins. Click the button below and we'll find a time to work it out.
